ORCC Trampoline Features Customers Love

There is a lot to appreciate about ORCC trampolines. Here are some features you’ll want to know about that tip the scale in favor of ORCC models:

  • You can select the size that fits your backyard and particular family dynamics best; it comes in a variety of sizes (8′, 10′, 12′, 14′, 15′, and 16′ diameter), and with a 400lb max weight, you can be sure it can handle more than one kid at a time bouncing on it.
  • The trampoline frame is incredibly sturdy and well-built – the steel frame is made of hot dipped galvanized steel, which is anti-rust and seriously strong. A strong frame means it will be long lasting and able to handle nasty weather well.
  • orcc trampoline review: kids love the orcc trampolinesYou can pick which style safety enclosure you like best (In Net vs Out Net) – they both come with a zipper closure at the entrance, are attached to the trampoline with a unique button hole design, and the poles are covered in 10mm foam to protect kids from hurting themselves should they bounce into them.
  • The trampoline’s 7″ springs are heavy duty, durable, and long-lasting, and give a consistent, even bounce.
  • It comes with an easy to climb “anti-skid” ladder.
  • The frame is reinforced with T-sockets to increase the stability and strength of the trampoline. If you’ve ever had a trampoline that started to warp over time, this feature is one that will appeal to you, as it helps prevent that.
  • ORCC trampolines are overall considered to be easy to assemble. You can expect it to take around two hours to put it together from start to finish.
  • The customer service provided by ORCC is reputed to be excellent, with friendly and helpful representatives available to answer any questions or concerns.

Customers Complaints Re: ORCC Trampolines

However, there are also a few things that customers have complained about, and if you’re considering purchasing an ORCC trampoline, you’ll want to know about them. These include:

  • Some people shared that the assembly instructions are not well laid out and lacking in details that would make it easier to put the trampoline together.
  • Some customers have reported that the padding on the trampoline’s frame wears down quickly and needs to be replaced already after just a few seasons. (ORCC does sell replacement parts.)
  • Height of the net: Some users have complained that the height of the safety net on ORCC trampolines is too low, which may not provide enough protection for taller users or those performing more advanced tricks.
  • The trampoline can be difficult to move, especially once it’s been assembled.

Two Style Options: In-Net and Out-Net

There are two safety net style options available when purchasing an ORCC trampoline: in net and out net. The in-net option has a safety net that is positioned on the inside of the trampoline (tied between the springs and the mat), while the out-net option has the net on the outside (right on the edge, past the springs).

Both options provide excellent safety features for jumpers, and it’s a matter of personal preference which one you choose.

ORCC Trampolines vs Zupapa Trampolines

Zupapa Trampoline ReviewTwo popular trampoline brands at relatively similar price points are the Zupapa trampolines and the ORCC trampolines.

Both Zupapa and ORCC trampolines are popular brands known for their high-quality construction, excellent safety features, and fun and enjoyable jumping experiences.

Here are some similarities and differences between the two, that may help you decide:

Similarities:

  • Both brands use galvanized steel frames and high-quality springs, which provide excellent durability and long-lasting use.
  • Both brands offer safety nets with zipper closures to ensure jumpers are protected while they jump.
  • Both brands offer a range of sizes to fit different yard sizes and family needs.
  • Both brands offer a range of accessories such as ladders, basketball nets and weather covers to help protect the trampoline and ensure the best possible experience.  (See also: Trampoline Accessories)
  • Both trampolines offer both in-net and out-net options.

Differences:

  • ORCC trampolines come with a limited warranty (1 year for pad and net, 2-year for springs and mat, and 3 years for the frame). Zupapa trampolines come with a 10-year warranty, which is a significant difference in terms of the length of protection.
  • ORCC trampolines have a slightly higher max weight capacity of 450lbs (425lbs for smaller sizes).  Zupapa’s max weight capacity is 425lbs (375lbs for smaller sizes).
  • ORCC trampolines have a W shaped leg design, while Zupapa trampolines feature a unique L-shaped leg design. Both claim their design “provides extra stability and support” 🙂
  • Zupapa trampolines feature a frame that is made of more tubes than other brands, providing extra durability and stability.
  • ORCC trampolines come in at a slightly lower price point than Zupapa trampolines.
  • ORCC trampolines have more springs than Zupapa trampolines do, which generally means they are capable of higher bounces.

Overall, both Zupapa and ORCC trampolines are excellent choices for families looking for high-quality and safe trampolines. The choice between the two brands may come down to personal preferences, the length of warranty, and what your budget allows!

Are ORCC Trampolines Good Value?

ORCC trampolines are generally considered to be a good value for their price point, which you’d probably consider “mid range”. While cheaper trampolines may be available, they probably won’t last as long or be as safe as an ORCC trampoline, with its galvanized steel frames and high-quality springs, and jumping mat made of the desirable UV-resistant polypropylene (which is known to last years). ORCC trampolines also come with a ladder (surprisingly, many don’t). As far as comparing ORCC trampolines to high end or gymnastic level trampolines like the AlleyOOP Double Bounce trampoline, well, those ones come in at price point outside many budgets. The higher end trampolines do usually give better bounce, but you pay for it. The ORCC fits nicely in the middle… they are generally considered to be a excellent value for their price point, offering a great combination of high quality materials, good safety features, and a really decent bounce for a fair, attainable price.

Final Verdict

Overall, I think ORCC trampolines are a great buy. As a mid range trampoline option, you get a high quality build for an affordable price. And with lots of sizes and accessories, as well as a choice between in net and out net safety enclosure styles, you can pretty much pick out exactly what works best for your family.

Although they are not the only good deal for a good trampoline out there, you will very likely love an ORCC Trampoline, should you buy one.
